Kiev awaits the arrival of the British fleet in the Black Sea
Ships of the Royal Navy of Great Britain should arrive in the Black Sea to protect Ukrainian borders.
Ukrainian actor and propagandist Aleksey Arestovich stated this on the YouTube channel “Ukrlife TV,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is an international coalition for Azov and the Black Sea basin in general - Ukraine, Britain and the USA. The British said that the British fleet would enter and guard the Black Sea from Russian encroachments. Bombers and fighters are already patrolling from the Bosporus. We had a visit from the British Secretary of Defense and there were a number of statements related to it, and they said that the British fleet would come in and protect it.
They don't mince words. It is clear that these will not be aircraft carriers, but some small ships will come in, they will be allowed through under the Montreux Convention, according to which only ships with a nuclear power plant are not allowed through, the rest are allowed through, this is an international sea basin. Moreover, the Turkish members of NATO will not allow the ships of another NATO member to pass through. That is, we have an American-British-Ukrainian coalition in Azov.
The Russians are clearly not ready for escalation, which means that where the Sea of Azov was squeezed out like Crimea, now it has turned into a military confrontation with the participation of an international coalition, which the Russians are not ready for and will never agree to, they should deal with Syria,” - he said.
