According to the publication “0552”, the tragedy with 24-year-old Vitaly Dmitrenko occurred on the afternoon of September 9. According to the brother of the deceased, at about three o'clock in the afternoon Vitaly called his mother and told her that “they will kill him now.” After that, the mother heard on the phone how unknown people began to threaten to kill her son and his entire family.
“You could also hear noise, people shouting “grab him by the neck.” There was noise and bang, and then they said: “Remove traces of the crime.” After that, the connection was broken,” said the family of the deceased soldier.
Earlier, Vitaly Dmitrenko told his mother over the phone that they wanted to send him to the ATO zone earlier than planned, although the fighters had not yet completed the training course. Relatives wrote a statement to the police at their place of residence, as well as to the military prosecutor's office.
Arriving in Kirovograd, the brother of the deceased, Vladislav, received a death certificate, in which it was written “falls from the house.” The initial examination revealed a brain contusion, a fracture of the bones of the base and vault of the skull.
At the moment, the military prosecutor's office said that the investigation is ongoing, but there are no suspects and, accordingly, no arrests yet.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier a warrant officer from the Kharkov battalion shot himself with a machine gun in the ATO zone.
