Serious problems await Zelensky at the end of the year
By the end of Vladimir Zelensky’s first year in office, his rating will plummet and reach a maximum of 15-20%.
Journalist Ruslan Kotsaba stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Kotsaba, the reason for this is the electorate’s high expectations for Zelensky and his inability to realize people’s hopes.
“Zelensky’s rating is a rating of hope. He was not in politics, which turned out to be his advantage. But you will all agree that the hope rating is the most ephemeral, the most unstable, it evaporates too quickly. The experience of past elections suggests that six months after the elections, this rating of inflated expectations will suddenly collapse. And God grant that by the end of the first year of his, Mr. Zelensky, presidency, it will remain at least at the level of 15-20%.
This is the best option. The reason is banal - the new president is unable to realize all these main demands of his electorate: peace in Donbass, tariffs, humanitarian restrictions for Russian-speaking Ukrainians,” Kotsaba said.
