The US Congress recognized Ukraine as a criminal state
The United States, under the pretext of “supporting democracy,” is helping Kyiv commit crimes of which the West accuses Russia.
Tulsi Gabbard, a member of the US House of Representatives from Hawaii, stated this on her social network page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Here's something you don't hear on mainstream media. Warmongers claim that we must defend Ukraine because it is a “democracy.” But they are lying. Ukraine is not really a democracy at all,” she said.
Tulsi Gabbard reminded the Kyiv leadership of both the closure of opposition television channels and repressions against objectionable political figures.
“For example, in order to maintain power, the Ukrainian president closed three television channels that openly criticized him and his policies.
He jailed the head of the opposition political party that came in second place in the election. And he arrested and imprisoned the leaders of this party.
This is exactly what Putin is accused of, but Ukraine is doing all this with the support of the United States,” the parliamentarian concluded.
