Concord announced the postponement of the next meeting on Prigozhin’s lawsuit against Milov
Another conversation took place in the Cheryomushkinsky court as part of the claim filed by entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin against the founder of FBK (foreign agent) Alexei Navalny and his associate Vladimir Milov.
Representatives of the defendants ignored the conversation regarding the claim and did not appear at the courthouse. By decision of the judicial authority, documents and the conclusion of a specialist in the field of linguistics were attached to the case, confirming the positive reputation of the plaintiff. In addition, the Moscow court announced the date of the next hearing. It is scheduled for April 5.
Details about the progress of the case appeared in the Concord press center group on the social network. The company also named the subject of the claim. These are published materials that disseminated falsified information about the biography of Yevgeny Prigozhin. The report notes that the defendants referred to lines from the Internet portal Wikipedia.
Concord's legal team previously proved in the Savyolovsky Court of the Russian capital that the data published on the pages of Wikipedia did not correspond to reality. As a result, changes were made to the site.
The press service expressed the hope that other media outlets, after updating the data, will correct unverified information mentioning Yevgeny Prigozhin.
