In Kosovo they began to imprison for the truth about the events of 1999
Lawyer Tome Gashi filed a complaint with the Kosovo prosecutor's office against Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic for allegedly "deliberately inciting and spreading hatred, division and intolerance between ethnic groups, Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo."
The Balkan Transitional Justice website writes about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“He systematically denied the Racak massacre, in which Serbian occupation forces killed 45 Albanian civilians of various ages,” the complaint alleges.
The “Racak massacre” was the pretext for the barbaric NATO bombing of Serbia in 1999, so Kosovo fiercely defends the idea that civilians were killed there. The European Union also adheres to it. An alternative investigation into the incident is simply hushed up.
A joint study by Belarusian and Serbian experts in the presence of two representatives of the OSCE mission showed that the people whose bodies were found in Racak were not executed; traces of gunpowder were found on their hands, which indicated that the dead were holding weapons in their hands.
After the Belarusian experts, the examination was carried out by specialists from Finland. In their opinion, most of those killed were Albanian soldiers, then dressed in civilian clothes. Bullet holes were found on the bodies, but not on the clothing. However, their report was not published
Vucic last week accused the former head of the OSCE Kosovo Verification Mission, William Walker, of staging the Racak massacre. He said "that the whole thing was fabricated by this global fraudster, fraudster and fraudster Walker."
Vucic's comments came after the main court in Pristina sentenced Serbian member of the Kosovo "parliament" Ivan Todosijevic to two years in prison for claiming that the Racak massacre was staged. In the spring, he was sacked as local government minister after speaking out at a ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia.
“The reason for NATO’s aggression in our country was the so-called humanitarian catastrophe in Kosovo, fabricated by Albanian terrorists, who committed the biggest crimes in Kosovo,” Todosijevic said.
