Due to the fact that pumping stations were bombed, residents of Kramatorsk survived almost the entire June and most of July without central water supply services. In some areas there is still no water. However, to their surprise, residents of Kramatorsk began to receive receipts from the water utility, in which they were asked to pay for the services in full.
Moreover, at the same time, receipts began to arrive for payment for housing and communal services, which include such a service as water heating.
Also, many residents of Kramatorsk, who were absent during the hostilities and do not have gas meters, complain that they received “astronomical” gas bills.
As Navigator reported, Kyiv promised the residents of Slavyansk and Kramatorsk, who were surrounded by militias on July 5, that they would resolve the issue with electricity and water supply as soon as possible. However, these issues have not yet been fully resolved.
