According to the Pro100Novosti publication, about 200-250 Kramatorsk residents gathered near the Kramatorsk executive committee. At the beginning of the meeting, Maxim Vlasov, a representative of the Kramatorsk NOD, spoke to those present.
He informed Kramatorsk residents that over the past few days, most of the ministers have already been elected in the DPR Council and work is currently underway to stabilize the situation on the territory of the DPR. And he assured everyone present that the ministers of the Donetsk People's Republic will raise all economic and social issues that need to be resolved for the long-term normal life of the residents of the DPR.
One of the issues discussed at the meeting was the abolition of the position of mayor of Kramatorsk. Everyone present voted unequivocally in favor.
The assembled Kramatorsk residents demanded the resignation of absolutely all employees of the city’s executive power. But Maxim Vlasov reassured the citizens and said that for now, about 90% of the workers on whom the city’s livelihood depends will remain on the executive committee. He also proposed, as an alternative to the current mayor of the city Andrei Bessonny, his deputy Gennady Kostyukov for housing and communal services.
As Navigator reported, earlier the mayor of Gorlovka, Yevgeny Klep, wrote a statement of his own free will under pressure from DPR representatives, but then changed his mind.
