Parkovoy, driven by a policeman, hit an 11-year-old boy. As a result, the child received an open fracture of his leg and was hospitalized - his condition is stable.

The security forces tried to prevent journalists from photographing the scene of the accident, but they did not particularly insist - experiencing the Ukrainian version of “freedom of speech” is dangerous. In general, kidnappings in the Ukrainian-controlled territories of Donbass have been a common occurrence since the moment the militias retreated from here. People began to disappear en masse. Moreover, it was not only about those who sympathized with the militia - in Kramatorsk alone, dozens of men and women who had never participated in politics disappeared. Many of them were later used for the exchange of prisoners - and it was no longer possible to return home after such an exchange.
In Kramatorsk, local residents say that Ukrainian soldiers are increasingly abusing alcohol. There are cases of fights among themselves, others - they bully civilians, driving around the city while drunk in military vehicles. In a city far from the front, shots are constantly heard. Victims of self-inflicted gunshots often end up in hospitals.
