According to preliminary estimates, 30-40 thousand people managed to vote, the press service of the Russian Bloc reported. The majority of voters expressed their will, despite the difficulties that arose during the opening of polling stations: voting had to be organized on the street, since school directors did not allow the commissions into the premises.
At around 14 p.m., presumably fighters from the Dnepr-00 special battalion entered the city. Now Krasnoarmeysk is completely blocked by security forces. The building of the City Council and the City Department of Internal Affairs are surrounded by “black men” who use PrivatBank armored cash-in-transit vehicles to move around. Members of election commissions stopped working at polling stations in order not to endanger people and to preserve the existing voting results. They managed to remove the ballot boxes with ballots.
