On the lower floors of the building there are about 100 members of the Donbass people's militia, they are not armed, eyewitnesses report. Some police officers left the premises, some refused.
DPR supporters are erecting barricades on the territory of the city police department.
As Navigator reported, that night the police eliminated the checkpoint at the entrance to Krasnoarmeysk. According to the headquarters of the people's militia, 11 of their supporters disappeared as a result of the assault. The seizure of the city department building was associated with an attempt to find comrades-in-arms.
