As the press service of the city department of the Kremenchug Internal Affairs Directorate reported, the tragic incident occurred at the Polytechnic sports complex, where the child was engaged in a sports section under the guidance of his father.
The fall resulted in multiple fractures. The boy died in the intensive care unit of the children's hospital.
Law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
