According to preliminary information, Babaev was killed with three shots at the entrance of the house in which he lived.
“The White Nine blocked the road when Oleg was leaving the house, they shot him with a sawn-off shotgun,” Verkhovna Rada deputy from UDAR Sergei Kaplin wrote on his Facebook page.
According to local media reports, he was driving in his car near his own house on Sumskaya Street and got out to throw garbage into the bin. At that moment he was shot.
