The cargo, declared as “food chicken eggs” in the amount of 252 thousand pieces, was sent to Sevastopol through the Dzhankoy international checkpoint from Marganets Poultry Farm LLC in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
“During a physical inspection of the cargo, it was established that in addition to the declared egg with a production date of 22.01/23.01.2015 and 16.01.2015/XNUMX/XNUMX, the truck carried an egg with a production date of XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX and without veterinary accompanying documents. Once in the distribution network, such a product could cause diseases dangerous to the life and health of people,” the report says.
Due to obvious violations of the norms and requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Union, the batch of eggs for import into the territory of Crimea was prohibited and returned to Ukraine.
