The cargo, declared as “assorted sausages” with a total weight of over 4 tons, was sent to Crimea through the Dzhankoy international checkpoint. Products from the Dnepropetrovsk region were sent to a Kerch private entrepreneur.
When carrying out physical control of the batch, the presence of “Hutsul acute” sausage was established with a production date on the packaging of 12.05.2015/15.05.2015/XNUMX and XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX, while a different production date was indicated in the veterinary documents.
Based on the supplier’s violations of the norms and requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Union, as well as due to the danger of these products for consumption, the import of the consignment of goods was prohibited, and the load of sausage products was returned to Ukraine.
