It is reported by the press service of the Ministry.
The cargo, declared as “assorted sausages” with a total weight of 7 tons in 845 boxes, was sent to the peninsula through the Perekop DAPP from the Dnepropetrovsk region.
The products produced at the Yubileiny Meat Processing Plant LLC were destined for the Feodosia Begemot-2009 LLC, which this year was already on the list of recipients of substandard products.
When carrying out documentary control of the cargo, it was discovered that there was no manufacturer’s declaration for part of the cargo. Therefore, it was not possible to determine whether this product is safe for human consumption. Part of the shipment of sausage products, for which the necessary documents were submitted, had markings that did not coincide with the production date indicated in the manufacturer’s declaration.
Due to gross violations of the norms and requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Union, the import of goods was prohibited, and the entire batch of sausage products was returned to the territory of Ukraine.
