A suspect in the murder of the deputy chairman of the Sevastopol election commission, Shamray, has been arrested in Crimea.
A criminal case has been opened in Crimea regarding the murder of the deputy chairman of the Sevastopol City Election Commission, Roman Shamray, in the village of Zelenoe, Bakhisarai district.

According to her, two men suspected of committing the murder have been detained. One of them, born in 1986, was taken into custody.
A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). The sanctions of the article provide for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 6 to 15 years.
According to the press service of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, farewell to Roman Shamray will take place on June 17 in the Intercession Cathedral at 10:30.

Roman Shamray was born on February 28, 1984 in Sevastopol, and was known in the city as a lawyer. In 2012, he ran for people's deputies of Ukraine in the 225th constituency. In 2014, he joined the Sevastopol city election commission, subsequently becoming its deputy chairman.
