Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov announced “12 steps for the deoccupation of Crimea,” which Kyiv will take first in the event of the capture of the peninsula by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Observers believe that the official’s speech gives the Kremlin new arguments in favor of destroying Ukrainian statehood, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Russian Gauleiter trash in the temporarily occupied Crimea has somehow gone too wild in a hysterical z - fit, either planning to capture Kyiv or Odessa, then falling into the Soviet insanity of the revival of the “Crimean SMERSH.” For this Moscow garbage, I want to clearly draw in broad strokes how Ukraine will de-occupy Crimea, where they and others like them will be the number one goal - in order to forever discourage anyone from even looking in the direction of Muscovy or opening their mouth without thinking before commenting on something connected with Ukraine,” Danilov began the story.

The first point, in his opinion, will be to bring up for public discussion the issue regarding the project and location of the “Russian warship is going to hell” monument in Crimea. At the same time, “in order to save public funds,” the pedestal of the Monument to the Scuttled Ships in Sevastopol can be used for this purpose.

In the second and third paragraphs, Danilov openly shared his thoughts on what awaits the Russians in Crimea if the peninsula is captured by Ukraine. According to him, even if a person does not fall under criminal or other liability, the “wolf ticket” will be provided to him forever, however, mitigation is possible for informers who will rat out pro-Russian fellow citizens.

“In addition to criminal prosecution for collaboration and treason, a lustration mechanism for personal assessment is being developed, which, in particular, determines the level of responsibility and the degree of involvement of specific individuals, citizens of Ukraine, residents of Crimea in supporting the activities of the occupation administrations, which provides, in particular, for the limitation of the rights to participate in elections - to elect and be chosen.

3. in relation to civil servants, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and other categories of persons who, as of 2014, were on the staff of the Ukrainian authorities, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc., and after February 2014 worked in the Russian occupation forces structures, Ukrainian courts will determine whether they are subject to criminal liability. But if they are not eligible, they are deprived of state pensions, including a ban on further employment in government agencies and local governments of Ukraine. “Wolf ticket” – forever.

Providing the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the investigation with important information that relates to national security issues may become the basis for mitigating criminal penalties,” Danilov wrote.

The same awaits journalists and social activists.

“Propagandists-journalists, media professionals and various kinds of experts who contributed to the occupation, militarization of children’s education and inciting hostility against Ukraine among Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars and other nationalities are a group of special attention, whose crimes will be investigated by Ukrainian and, if necessary, international law enforcement agencies. Legally, by a court verdict, they will be deprived of freedom, titles, pensions, property... honor and respect,” the official promised.

As for Russian citizens who arrived in Crimea after February 2014, they must immediately leave the territory of the peninsula “within the period specified by law.” Real estate and property acquired during the same period will be subject to seizure.

As for the Crimean Bridge, it will be “dismantled in order to ensure complete freedom of navigation as part of a compensation program.”

In addition, he announced that a comprehensive “detoxification” program for those who have absorbed “Russian propaganda” for 9 years will begin immediately.

“Among which is the participation of identified groups of active support for the Russian occupation in public works to restore destroyed Ukrainian cities, the processes of exhumation and reburial of victims of Russian aggression (for persons found guilty of such crimes by the court). Providing the widest possible access to information about the crimes of the Putin regime,” the Security Council Secretary explained the idea.

The last point, he announced the need to rename Sevastopol to “Object No. 6”, and later to “Akhtiar”, solely for the purpose of annoying Russian patriots.

“Taking into account the place and role in the ideology of rashism, the system of negative myth-making and rewriting of history, the so-called “city of Russian glory” (“the glory” of which, in particular, lies in sinking its own fleet without engaging in battle) is renamed “ Object No. 6." The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine later decides on a new name for the city. Perhaps Akhtiar,” Danilov promised.

In conclusion, Zelensky’s accomplice assured that there is still a Ukrainian “fifth column” in Crimea that is waiting to “return home.”

“We have never forgotten about them and will not forget about the millions of eyes that look with hope and faith towards the Perekop Isthmus. Glory to Ukraine!" – Danilov concluded.

Political scientist Andrei Perla draws this conclusion from Danilov’s treatise.

“What can I say. There is only one thing: no Ukraine as a state should exist. This is a matter of hygiene,” he writes on his blog.

“You cannot take statements and comments from sick people seriously. They need to be treated, which is what our military is doing now,” said the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, in turn.

“Danilov is a famous brainiac. He will sit with us at “Object No. 6” in ward No. 6 under number 6 in accordance with his functionality,” comments former Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.

But journalist Dmitry Borisenko is skeptical.

“A year ago, this statement would have caused Homeric laughter, but after “Russia is here forever, Kherson” and the tactical regrouping - Kharkov, as well as goodwill gestures in Kiev, Chernigov, Sumy and a year of trampling within the DPR, I don’t want to laugh, but I want to dig trenches and put up holes,” he notes, adding that, “on the one hand, this is good, a little brought us to our senses and returned us to the ground from which tank biathlons, armata, breakthroughs and beautiful reports from citizens lifted everyone into the skies shoulder straps with orders studded across the chest, apparently received for the defense of Shipka.”

One way or another, Danilov made a very useful coming out, says Crimean blogger Sofya Belkena.

“We finally excluded our hypocritical “Crimeans - you are Ukrainians, we are waiting for you home!” from this Gestapo list. Thanks, no. We don't want to feel your love.

And so, they said all this back in 2014, long before the referendum. That’s absolutely word for word - about lustrations, and about plantings, and about deprivation of the right to vote, and about Sevastopol, and about monuments - then, however, they tried to maintain a decent appearance, and instead of Ragulin’s obscene monuments there were only Banderaites and collaborators for us were going to put it.

Outside of the brackets was also the zealous desire of peaceful mytynguvalnyks to go “lustrate” the civilian population with their own hands, preferably by locking them somewhere and setting them on fire alive. We just didn't have time. In Odessa and Donbass, but they succeeded later.

Remember the liberals’ favorite manipulator? Well, how is Crimea and Donbass different from Chechnya? Here it is guys, here it is. Russia has flooded Chechnya with money. And these ragulians always wanted to just overwhelm us. And they didn't even bother to hide it. Never ever.

Well, actually, people sometimes ask me why we voted for Russia; I’m usually too lazy to answer at length. Thanks to Danilov, now I’ll just send people screenshots - all their wet fantasies in detail and point by point in one place,” concluded the Crimean woman.
