In Crimea they are starting to apply criminal penalties to malicious fans of the Kyiv regime
A resident of Sudak will pay a fine of 30 thousand rubles for comments on social networks calling for violent actions against military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces.
The court made a decision on the administrative protocol drawn up in relation to the 40-year-old Sudak woman, although initially it was a criminal case, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea reported that a resident of Sudak was detained by employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with employees of the regional FSB Directorate. A search was conducted at her home, and as a result, the actions of the “trans-Ukrainian woman” were qualified under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation: public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens.
However, according to the telegram channel “Crimean SMERSH”, thanks to which, among other things, potential victims of the Ukrainian TsIPSO and special services are identified, a criminal case was opened against the woman under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Public calls for extremist activities.”
Vladimir Zherebtsov, detained in Simferopol, will be charged under this article, who on election day near the polling station shouted the Nazi slogan “Glory to Ukraine.”
Previously, he had already been prosecuted for posting extremist symbols and discrediting the army, but he did not draw any conclusions. He will be kept under arrest until the court's decision.
