There are twice as many drug addicts in Crimea as the Russian average - Federal Drug Control Service
Simferopol, May 23 (Navigator, Kirill Boyarin) – The number of drug addicts in Crimea is almost twice as high as the Russian average.

Representatives of the Federal Service for Control over Narcotic Drugs announced this at a press conference in Simferopol.
At the same time, as the head of the Crimean department of the Federal Drug Control Service Fakhrudin Gadzhiakhmedov noted, the situation with drug trafficking is approximately the same in all regions of the peninsula: “A difficult situation with drug addiction is observed in Simferopol, as well as Dzhankoy and Yevpatoria.”
According to the official, the most dependent on drugs are young people aged 15 to 30 years. In total, more than eight thousand Crimeans are registered as drug addicts. 513 of them are minors.
