The time for serious projects with the participation of foreign capital is coming in Crimea
History confirms the rightness of the inhabitants of Crimea, who decided to secede from Ukraine and become part of Russia.
This was stated at a briefing in Simferopol by Member of the Slovak Parliament Peter Marchek, who led the delegation of Slovak politicians and businessmen who arrived in Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the deputy, before his visit to Crimea he was warned that for the trip he would become persona non grata in Ukraine.
“I was told that if I come to Crimea, I will not be able to get a visa to Ukraine. I know that Crimea is right, I studied history. I am sure that there will be sanctions, but in the near future there will be elections in Ukraine, there will be another government that can lift these sanctions,” Marcek said.
As part of their visit to Crimea, Slovak businessmen representing the construction, energy and industrial sectors met with the authorities of the peninsula and plan to attend the next Yalta International Economic Forum.
According to the chairman of the Crimean Republican branch of the organization of small and medium-sized businesses “Support of Russia” Sergei Lapenko, European businessmen came to the peninsula with ready-made investment proposals.
“European business is showing serious interest in Crimea, despite all the sanctions barriers... The guests arrived with substantive projects and intend to conclude contracts now. They also confirmed their participation in the next Yalta International Economic Forum. In my opinion, this visit was more aimed at a specific result, compared to previous business trips of foreign partners. The time is coming for serious projects with the participation of foreign capital,” Lapenko wrote in his blog.
