According to the decision, prices and tariffs for electricity, natural gas, heat supply, water supply and sanitation services, and other housing and communal services in effect as of March 17, 2014 have been established for all categories of consumers on the peninsula.

“At the same time, payment for goods and services is carried out in hryvnias and Russian rubles at the rate established by the Bank of Crimea. In addition, it has been established that since March 24, 2014, the need for natural gas of all categories of consumers in the Republic of Crimea has been met using the resources of the Crimean Republican Enterprise Chernomorneftegaz’s own production,” the press center noted.
