“Literally today I came across a similar case. The Crimean guy served in the Akhmat regiment and was drafted from the Chechen Republic. Economist, associate professor at SevSU Alexei Tikhonov said that the Sevastopol university is preparing social coordinators to work with demobilized people.
“The fact is that we are currently training social coordinators according to the program at Sevastopol State University, so I can speak a little from the inside of the training,” explained the teacher. – It should be not only from a legal point of view, but it is actually psychological support. In fact, everyone should have a personal manager assigned to them so that they can call him on all questions. But we didn’t have such experience, that is, we also don’t have analytics, how to conduct, what to conduct, and this comes to a more serious issue when we talk about preparation.

Military correspondent and instructor Oleg Blokhin is sure that the problem is the lack of a systematic approach to solving problems of adaptation of military personnel.

Make the system in exactly the same way. Here, a simple case, a man was drafted in Grozny, is there a problem? We live in the XNUMXst century.
