Simferopol, March 25 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – On the Crimean section of the state border with Ukraine, it is necessary to organize, as soon as possible, an extraordinary passage for transport supplying perishable goods to the territory of the peninsula, in particular, milk and chilled meat.

This was stated yesterday in Simferopol during a meeting with the participation of the leadership of the Crimean Customs, Deputy Head of Rosselkhoznadzor Evgeny Nepoklonov, reports the press service of the department.
The unpredictable traffic jams that happen at the border, he said, have a negative impact on those suppliers who transport the highest quality food to Crimea.
According to those present, a scheme of interaction between Rosgranitsa, Crimean Customs and the Rosselkhoznadzor Office, the draft of which will be considered on March 25, 2015 at a meeting of the Coordination Council of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, will help rid the Crimean section of the border from queues.
The services also need to come to an agreement on the issue of organizing special areas for temporary storage of vehicles with cargo that requires additional safety checks.
As Oleg Moiseev, First Deputy Head of the Crimean Customs, stated at the meeting, his department is experiencing an acute shortage of full-time employees, the number of which should be increased from 300 to 800 people.
