This is the legendary commander - Vadim Pogodin, commander of the Kerch Battalion of the DPR Defense Ministry in 2014. Ukraine FALSIFIED the criminal case against Kerch in order to extradite him from the Russian Federation to Ukraine, where he will receive at least a life sentence.
Now he is in a temporary detention center (temporary detention center) in Simferopol, Republic of Crimea of the Russian Federation.
Ukraine referred the cases to Interpol. And the Russian Federation, in accordance with Interpol agreements, launched the procedure for preparing for extradition to Ukraine.
He was detained for 40 days. During which the materials of the criminal case will be exchanged between the Russian Federation and Ukraine for his extradition to Ukraine.
Ukraine charges him with:
1) Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code - Provides for liability for intentional murder under circumstances aggravating responsibility, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons;
2) Part 3 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – Illegal imprisonment or kidnapping of a person committed by an organized group, or resulting in grave consequences,” writes Semenov.
