Last night in Dzhankoy in northern Crimea, unknown persons set fire to the office of the local branch of the Crimean Tatar organization Kyrym Birligi, which the day before announced its support for Vladimir Putin in the presidential elections of the Russian Federation.

“In Dzhankoy, under the cover of darkness, unknown persons set fire to the regional office of the organization. The head of the Dzhankoy branch, Server Islyamov, condemned the act of vandalism and called it a threat to public safety. A police report has been filed regarding this fact, and the incident is being investigated,” the statement says.
