“For a long time, a Russian citizen, using special antenna and receiving equipment, received information on the flights of Russian military aviation on instructions from the Ukrainian special services. The information obtained was planned to be used against the security of the Russian Federation.

The security authorities opened a criminal case against the Russian citizen on the grounds of high treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and chose a preventive measure in the form of detention,” the FSB Central Election Commission said in a statement.
