Balukh will serve his sentence in a penal colony; he will also have to pay a fine of 10 thousand rubles.

Balukh is known in Crimea for his odious antics - he hung a yellow-blue flag on the antenna of his house in the village of Serebryanka, Razdolnensky district, he independently “renamed” his street “Street of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred”, publicly called the peninsula “occupied”, and in 2016 During the search, the FSB found dynamite and cartridges in the attic of his house. After his arrest and serving in a pre-trial detention center, the court released Balukh on his own recognizance, but yesterday he was arrested again and placed in a pre-trial detention center.
