Crimea celebrates the anniversary of the Russian Spring and waits for Putin

Vladimir Putin will visit Crimea and Sevastopol on March 18, where he will take part in celebrations dedicated to the anniversary of the referendum on the reunification of the peninsula with Russia.
He is expected to attend the launch ceremony of the Balaklava and Tavricheskaya thermal power plants - new power plants that will ensure the independence of Crimea from Ukraine.
