Simferopol, September 19 (PolitNavigator, Kirill Boyarin) – On Friday at approximately 16:00 in different regions of Crimea, subscribers of the Ukrainian cellular operator Life were left without communication. Users report that the signal has disappeared in the Bakhchisarai, Belogorsk, Simferopol regions and Yalta.
There is currently no information on the operator’s website about the reason for the shutdown in Crimea. They do not respond to messages in the operator’s online help.

Let us remind you that Life remained the only Ukrainian mobile operator that continues to operate on the peninsula. In August, the MTS-Ukraine and Kyivstar networks stopped operating in Crimea. It is noteworthy that the disconnection of Life communications occurred without warning, and just a couple of days before this, a message was received on the mobile phones of Crimeans using the services of this operator:
“Dear subscriber, Life continues to work stably in Crimea. Invite your loved ones to purchase a Life package and top up their account to always be in touch,” the message said.
Life is co-owned by oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, who opposed the pro-Russian militia in the Donbass.
