The leader of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars, Refat Chubarov, stated this on the air of the Chernomorskaya TV channel.
“There is no law for them. If you look at the form in which these exercises take place, then Crimea, of course, is completely different from other regions (RF, - PolitNavigator). But even inside Crimea, we see what motivations they come from when they surround this or that village - these are helicopters, they immediately threw out checkpoints and began to enter people's houses. These are all teachings. In other settlements, where the Crimean Tatar population is smaller, there is a slightly milder form there. But in any case, this is a demonstration to the Crimean people - don’t even dare to move something somewhere,” the politician noted.
In his opinion, Russian security forces practice their skills “on living people.”
“On living people, using trained dogs. These are teachings to kill people if they are given such a task. Kill people, drive them out of there - otherwise no one would surround the village,” said Refat Chubarov.
