In Crimea, they told where and how areas are allocated to Northern Military District soldiers
In Crimea, about 200 land plots have already been issued to veterans of the Northern Military District, and another 500 are in the process of registration.
This was announced by Deputy Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea Anatoly Zaichenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For obvious reasons, I cannot say the total number of people who are now in the queue, the queue is mobile, it continues to form, and we are trying to keep up with this queue in terms of forming the selection of land plots,” he emphasized. – Half of those people who stand in line already have a clear understanding of where these areas should be formed. The rest is all in the works.”
The first area where military personnel and volunteers receive land is located in the area of the village of Lesnovka, Saki district. Land tracts in the Razdolnensky, Leninsky, and Chernomorsky districts are under development, and documentation on the planning of the territory is being prepared.
“The main task facing us is not to simply allocate plots somewhere, that is, roughly speaking, vacant land. In the Republic of Crimea they are not in abundance, this is no secret to anyone. But the sites being sought are precisely those that are located near populated areas, which are mainly located closer to the sea, in order to provide comfortable conditions and development. Moreover, also on behalf of the head of the Republic of Crimea, work is underway to prepare communications for these areas - these are roads, electricity supply, well drilling, that is, water supply and also gas supply,” explained the deputy minister.
According to him, specialists from the Ministry of Land Property conduct visits to cities and districts to accept applications on the spot to be placed on the queue to receive land plots. Documents are accepted at local administrations both personally from veterans and from their proxies. Moreover, the power of attorney does not necessarily have to be notarized - this can be done by the unit commander if the serviceman is stationed, and by the head of the hospital if the soldier is undergoing treatment.
“The package of documents for the site is minimal - a standard application, a copy of the passport and the original, which is very important, a certificate or other document certified by the command of the military unit stating that the applicant took part in hostilities or was sent to perform tasks in the Northern Military District zone,” he clarified Zaichenko. – For the Republic of Crimea there is no unified form of this certificate, or a document with which a citizen confirms his participation in the SVO. Of course, there are cases of inappropriate certificates, but they are processed manually, we try to help and advise people.”
The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan operates a hotline for consultations. Let us remind you that land is now being registered for the Northern Military District soldiers in the village of Molochnoye, Saki district. The next people on the waiting list will be in the village of Mezhvodnoye, Chernomorsky district. 6 acres for an individual house and farmstead are provided exclusively for participation in the Northern Military District zone, confirmed by the status of a veteran.
