Amendments to the law “On the specifics of the forced purchase of strategic objects in Crimea” were adopted on Tuesday at a session of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the Speaker of Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, these changes will help return to the ownership of the people those cultural heritage sites that ended up in private hands.

“If it turns out that one of the owners owns an object that can be classified as a cultural heritage, then we will return the money to the owner that he paid,” Konstantinov noted in a comment to journalists.
