Textbooks published in Ukraine and transferred to Crimean schools were confiscated and transferred to waste paper. The organizer of the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Crimea, Leonid Kuzmin, stated this during the Ukraine-Crimea TV bridge on Channel 17.

According to him, 200 tons of textbooks were removed from Simferopol schools.

“In fact, all educational literature from schools has been confiscated and processed. 200 tons of books that were in all schools in Simferopol, with the exception of those where the Ukrainian language remained, were confiscated. According to our information, they were taken to the Krymbumaga state enterprise,” Kuzmin said.
