The State Council of Crimea approved in absentia the nationalization of the property of 77 legal entities and individuals carrying out subversive activities against Russia. Among them are the Ukrainian oligarch and son-in-law of ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma Viktor Pinchuk, as well as ex-People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Senchenko, who organized a “water blockade” for the Crimeans.

According to Chairman of the State Council Vladimir Konstantinov, the list of nationalized objects includes 1150 objects of movable and immovable property, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

In this case, the list will be refined and supplemented with new objects.

“We nationalized the property of resort complexes, including the London Hotel and the 1001 Nights Hotel, well-known to Crimeans (our social activists spoke on the issue of nationalization of these facilities, Crimeans contacted me through social networks), the Marat Park Hotel in the village of Gaspra and others .

The list also includes the property of various agricultural enterprises, banks (including the state Oschadbank of Ukraine), sports and rehabilitation centers, a tennis club in Yalta, the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after. Ilyich and so on.

The property of citizens who commit unfriendly actions against us and our country has also been nationalized. The list includes the characters Pinchuk, well-known to Crimeans (he lost a residential building and a land plot of 455 m² in Beloglinka) and Senchenko (he was left without a 1/4 share of non-residential premises in Yalta),” Konstantinov wrote in his Telegram channel.

He confirmed that the property of Yuvas-Trans LLC was subject to nationalization - about 120 objects of movable and immovable property in Kerch. In fact, this is the property of the Kerch shipyard, which was owned by the Narodnitsky family. According to Konstantinov, the plant is of interest to Russian entrepreneurs, “who will not stupidly pump money out of them, but will invest in their development.”

Let us remind you that the list of nationalized ones includes three apartments and one parking space in the Imperator residential complex, where the Zelenskys’ apartment was recently expropriated. Now, ex-People’s Deputy Vitaly Khomutynnik, who sold one of the apartments to the Zelensky couple back in 2013, is left without luxury real estate overlooking the Livadia Palace. The rest are registered to Khomutynnik’s mother Valentina Ivanovna and his father Yuri Vladimirovich. Another Khomutynnikov apartment is located in another building in the town of Otradnoye, and it is also subject to seizure in favor of the republic.

The list includes the property of Nikolai Vasilyevich Onishchuk, the namesake of the Ukrainian politician and deputy of several convocations, who previously headed the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and also appears in the press as a “land raider.” In the Krasnogvardeisky district of Crimea, he owns a plot of 5 hectares. Ustina Nikolaevna Onishchuk, who is also a lawyer and also lives in Kyiv, has a 700 square meter mansion in the village of Foros, which is put up for sale for 200 million rubles.

Another owner with Kyiv registration - Spetsgazpostachannya LLC - at one time bought the London Hotel in the historical center of Yalta. For many years the building has been dilapidated. Last winter there was a large fire there.

Also on the list is JSC Clinical Sanatorium Poltava, including an artesian well, water and mud baths. The Evolution Sports Center, the former National Center for Paralympic and Olympic Training and Rehabilitation of Disabled People of the Scientific Center "Ukraine", built during the Ukrainian period at the expense of budgetary funds and re-registered under Russian legislation after 2014, is subject to nationalization. The center worked until the last day, accepting disabled people all year round.

Let us recall that the head of the Public Council of Simferopol, Alexander Yuryev, said that in Crimea there are thriving companies that nominally have Russian leadership, but the funds are sent to Ukrainian owners who “promise to enter Crimea with tanks,” but their enterprises are working.

“If you count the list of what the State Council is considering, then compared to the volume of real estate and enterprises, this is very little. The problem is that the State Council nationalizes and deals with enterprises that have real estate. But there are enterprises that earn money without real estate, and you will not nationalize them in any way. They make money and send money to their founders. I can give you this list. But there is no real estate, but there are enterprises. And they either have “waiting” directors, or they are 0,5-1% directors,” explained Yuryev.
