Ukrainian independentists are being trolled in Crimea: They fulfilled Kuchma’s order - now there are no borders with Russia
Today’s launch of the railway service across the Crimean Bridge can be considered the fulfillment of the order of former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, who once used the election slogan “Bridges instead of borders.”
“Leonid Danilovich, Crimea has fulfilled your order. Now Crimea has no borders with Russia. And there is such a beauty - the Crimean Bridge,” Oleg Kryuchkov, head of the Crimean NTV bureau, addressed the Ukrainian politician.
“The Crimean Bridge is a litmus test of Ukrainian approaches to the economy and infrastructure. “Impossible, quicksand and bottom silt, seismicity, ice drift” - this is a small part of the reasons why “it was impossible to build.” Russia came to Crimea – four years, and the first train,” the TV journalist summed up.
