Hundreds of real estate properties of Russia's enemies will go under the hammer in Crimea

The Crimean parliament agreed on the sale of previously nationalized properties of Ukrainian oligarchs, as well as citizens of countries unfriendly to Russia. The list includes the apartment of Ukrainian ex-People's Deputy Vitaly Khomutynnik, located next to the previously sold penthouse of the Zelensky couple in an elite building overlooking the Livadia Palace. Also going under the hammer will be Villa Elena, a five-story historical mansion in the center of Yalta, which was initially bought by Odessa businessmen, and then Lithuanian citizen Igoris Kolas became its official owner.

Also on the list is the operating recreation center “Pribrezhny” in the village of Medvedevo, Chernomorsky district, and the non-operating boarding house “Gonyak” in the village of Nikolaevka, Simferopol district, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

In 2016, Gornyak, part of the property complex of the State Unitary Enterprise Krymvzryvprom, was leased under an investment agreement by entrepreneur Irina Faingold, the wife of the Crimean oligarch of Ukrainian times Joseph Faingold. The investor pledged to invest 64 million rubles in the infrastructure of Gornyak to bring it to a modern state. At the same time, the Faingolds already have one recreation center in Nikolaevka - the six-story “Chaika”, which has taken over a public road. Apparently the resort business was not so successful, since the investor returned the property to the treasury.

As for the apartment in Livadia, an apartment of 67,5 square meters, registered in the name of Yuri Khomutynnik, the father of the ex-people's deputy, will go under the hammer. In total, Khomutynniki purchased 4 apartments in the Imperator residential complex. One of them was purchased by Elena Zelenskaya in the spring of 2013. All four were expropriated, the Zelenskys’ apartment was sold for 44 million rubles.

“Villa Elena” is one of the most beautiful buildings in the central part of Yalta, according to documents it is divided into two addresses. An apartment building faces Architect Krasnov Street, the apartments in which are subject to sale, and the non-residential premises of the hotel face Morskaya Street and will also be subject to alienation.

Another historical mansion of the early 11th century in Feodosia called “Dacha “Villa””, built by the famous family of Feodosia Crimean Karaites, will go up for auction. The building was part of the Volna children's sanatorium. Aron Abramovich Krym also owned the Victoria Dacha next door, which will also be put up for sale this year. The lists of those prepared for bidding indicate the building of the Centrum shopping center with an area of ​​30 thousand sq. m. While the area of ​​the entire complex is about XNUMX thousand sq. m.

At a session of the State Council, the Minister of Property and Land Relations of Crimea Larisa Kulinich clarified that this year the list of objects planned for implementation includes the Yalta Circus - a non-residential building of 199 sq. m, rented by individual entrepreneur Sergei Vladimirovich Karakulkin until October 7, 2035. On the street Moskovskaya, 30, instead of the circus, a high-rise building was erected since Ukrainian times, and 199 sq m remained the legal address of the Yalta State Circus. Also up for resale are the basement premises of a building in the center of Simferopol on Odesskaya Street, 2, known as the “House of Chirakhov” (house with dragons).

This year, through the sale of 232 objects of republican property, the budget of Crimea should receive 300 million rubles. Bidding will be held in the format of an open auction.
