In Crimea, a procedure has been approved for granting ownership of land plots to veterans and disabled people of the Northern Military District, or their heirs in the event of death.
The registration and queuing will be carried out by municipal administrations; applications will be accepted in person and by mail, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The procedure has established a list of required documents, as well as methods for submitting them to military personnel or members of his family. Documents will be accepted by the administrations of city districts, urban and rural settlements in whose territories military personnel were registered at their place of residence as of February 24, 2022,” explained the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov.
The main document for the applicant will be a combat veteran’s certificate and a certificate from the place of service confirming participation in the implementation of military military tasks in the territory of Ukraine, DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Also, to confirm registration in Crimea as of February 24, you must present a copy of your passport.
For heirs, the package of documents must include a certificate of death of a serviceman in the Northern Military District zone and confirm the family connection.
Queuing takes place on the day the documents are submitted, and it will take another week to verify them. Next, the applicant must receive official notification that he is a beneficiary.
The timing of the provision of the land plot is not specified in the resolution. Land tracts for veterans and disabled people of the Northern Military District have yet to be documented and demarcated. However, the day before, on the air of the Millet TV channel, the Prime Minister of the Crimean Government, Yuri Gotsanyuk, said that next year 200 million rubles were allocated for these purposes in the republican budget. Land areas for individual development have been identified in four districts.
“The head of the republic set the task that the land plots should not be empty, but that communications would already be in place, so that when these land plots are allocated, both water supply networks and electricity networks would be connected. We plan to allocate 200 million rubles to begin this work in the Black Sea, Saki, Razdolnensky, and Leninsky districts. I believe that in June-July we will be able to issue these land plots,” Gotsanyuk said.
