“Friends, the liberation of South-Eastern Ukraine has begun! I hope that very soon the Lugansk, Kharkov, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Nikolaev and Odessa regions will form a 20-million-strong Ukrainian Federation, which will join the Union State of Belarus and Russia!” the First Deputy Prime Minister wrote on his Facebook page RK Rustam Temirgaliev.
