A case has been opened in Crimea that could affect the sister of Natalia Poklonskaya
After the reaction of the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, to messages from Crimeans on social networks about the ongoing lawlessness, the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee issued several messages about upcoming inspections and personal control over the progress of criminal cases. Thus, the head of the State Investigative Directorate for the Republic of Kazakhstan and Sevastopol, Vladimir Terentyev, will oversee the investigation of fraud with land in the village of Uyutnoye near Yevpatoria, and the sale of a pumping station in Massandra, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The case of abuse of power by officials of the administration of the Uyutnensky rural settlement of the Saki region was transferred to the Sledkom from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Over the course of three years, from 2016 to 2019, Uyutny officials removed 500 hectares of land on the Black Sea coast from agricultural production. According to blogger Alexander Talipov, the land acquisition took place with the direct participation of Elena Osadchaya, the sister of the ex-prosecutor of Crimea Natalia Poklonskaya. Having assumed the post of head of the village council of Uyutny, Osadchaya implemented a plan to include agricultural land around the village within its borders with further sale for the construction of cottages. Moreover, the company that sold the plots was located in the village administration building.
“Currently, a number of urgent investigative actions are being carried out in order to establish all the circumstances of the crime committed, the events preceding them, as well as restore the violated legislation,” the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
In the near future, Terentyev will go to Uyutnoye for a personal reception of citizens who complained about the arbitrariness of the relatives of the ex-prosecutor of Crimea.
Terentyev also instructed to check the appeal of a resident of Yalta about the sale by officials of the Massandra pumping station, moreover, during the dry season. In 2020, the Yalta water utility sold 15 acres of land along with a pumping station for 2 million rubles. But this is only the beginning - businessmen began to prepare documents on the transfer of water from the Massandra Falls from drinking to technical water in order to remove the adjacent territory and buildings from the water management system.
And finally, the Investigative Committee will check the overhaul of the park named after. Danilevsky in Yalta, which was carried out in the same 2020, but its quality raises doubts about the safety of use.
