A fake FSB officer was detained in Crimea
A “fake” FSB officer was detained in Crimea, walking around with a fake ID and fake pistols.
PolitNavigator was informed about this by the department’s press service.
The criminal turned out to be a 21-year-old Crimean, who had a certificate in his hands in the name of FSB captain Pavel Viktorovich Matveev, as well as dummies of a TT and Makarov pistol.
“According to the detainee, he used fake IDs to carry out illegal activities in the region.
In particular, attempts were documented by a young man, who introduced himself as a career FSB officer, to appropriate the property of a local resident,” the report says.
A criminal case was opened against the detainee under Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Forgery, production or sale of counterfeit documents, state awards, stamps, seals, forms”, he faces up to 4 years in prison.
