Chairman of the Committee of Voters of the Republic of Crimea Andrey Krisko reported this to PolitNavigator.

According to him, the main violations are the untimely opening of polling stations and the refusal of observers to enter the voting premises during the counting of early ballots. Such violations were noticed at sections No. 240 and 225 in Simferopol.

“This is a clear violation of the law, because without observers, members of the commission could do whatever they wanted with these ballots, including by falsifying them to ensure the desired result. The coordinated actions of the heads of precinct commissions in Kamenka also raise concerns - they hide information about voter turnout and the number of ballots received, which could be a sign of impending stuffing,” noted Andrei Krisko.
