In the apartments of Michomaidan participants - veterans of the so-called. ATO - searches have begun, deputy Yegor Sobolev said from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to him, the searches are carried out on charges of participation in illegal armed formations.

“Five participants of the actions near parliament, veterans of this war for independence, were searched,” he said, clarifying that we are talking about fighters of the Donbass and Aidar national battalions, as well as a volunteer who helped the ATO.
“We explained to representatives of the special forces of the National Police that when you send spray cans into the eyes of people who burned Russian tanks near Ilovaisk and Shirokino, you have a huge responsibility for what happens next. All the veterans here are unarmed. But if they continue to attack them, if they come to their children and parents, patience may run out,” Sobolev threatened.
According to him, "no one says to Petro Poroshenko today - to Rostov", the demands of the Maidan activists are only in the adoption of laws to combat corruption.
“But if there is an ignorance of the demands, or the hope that by ignoring them, intimidating them with repressions, delaying time, and tiring people, I warn: we will go to their homes, to the places where they do business contrary to the Constitution. People won't back down. Today the President and the Minister of Internal Affairs have a choice. I really ask that they do it in the interests of Ukraine,” Sobolev concluded.
