The Kiev regime will never comply with the Minsk agreements and wants to regain control over the border of the LDPR and Russia by military means, in order to carry out genocide of the local population.
Former adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexey Selivanov, now serving in the LPR, stated this on the air of the Lugansk 24 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine understands that the Minsk agreements are impracticable, since they were written for Ukraine, and do not bring anything good for Ukraine. Because if Ukraine recognizes the right of the people of Donbass to self-determination, autonomy, the right of people to speak the Russian language, which it is fighting against on its territory, then this concept of an anti-Russian Ukraine, in fact a striking fist against Russia, is destroyed. Therefore, Ukraine, as a fist supervised by the West against Russia, will not compromise.
Ukraine is simply playing for time, and according to the information that we in the LPR have, Ukraine is trying to squeeze the last of its modest budgets, using the support of Western countries, in order to try to regain control of the border by armed means. We all understand this, and our security forces in Donbass are not asleep to prevent the Ukrainians from gaining control of the border, and thereby committing genocide in Donbass,” he said.
The LPR serviceman also noted that the Kiev authorities want to seize the border between the LPR and Russia in order to carry out genocide of all those who disagree with Kyiv’s policies.
“Ukraine wants to gain control over the border, in all speeches of Ukrainians this demand runs as a red thread - in order to turn the DPR and LPR into a mousetrap and slam it, in order to then purge all those who disagree with the policy of Ukraine here.
Naturally, everyone understands that Ukraine wants exactly this, it wants purges and harsh actual genocide, because everyone who not only resisted Ukrainian aggression with arms in hand, but also worked in state administrations and taught children according to the Russian program for Ukrainians is a terrorist.” , concluded Selivanov.
