About it said the head of the Council of Ministers of the Republic Gennady Tsypkalov.
“We now live in a single time space with the Russian Federation. Accordingly, we also do not switch to winter time,” explained the head of government.
He also recalled that the Lugansk People’s Republic “has been living according to Moscow time for a year now.”
According to the decree of the head of the LPR, Igor Plotnitsky, from October 26, 2014, the Republic switched to Moscow time, which is +3 hours from the “zero zone” time (UTC). Together with the LPR, the DPR also moved to the UTC+3 time zone.
