The coordinator of the organization, Yuri Dyachenko, announced this today.
He noted that as part of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the underground youth organization “Young Guard”, youth activists have several initiatives.
“This is the return of the “Ready for Labor and Defense” system, because this system was revived in 2014 in the Russian Federation, and we are now working to implement this project, but, of course, on a voluntary basis and already adapting to our realities,” said Dyachenko.
“In addition, as part of the 75th anniversary, we wanted to quarterly revive such a military-patriotic game as Zarnitsa,” he added.
The activist noted that Zarnitsa is already being held in some educational institutions, but there is a proposal to make it more widespread and “hold it not only this year, but make it traditional.”
Dyachenko said that the traditional oath ceremony of the Young Guards will take place on June 10, and activists of the organization want to invite international youth organizations to the LPR.
“Our Young Guards could give them excursions to the memorable places of our military glory and to the memorial places of the Young Guards,” he added.
