The LPR has begun legalization of Ukrainian real estate documents
The interdepartmental commission for the legalization of documents for real estate, issued after May 18, 2014 under Ukrainian legislation, began work in the LPR.

“The Commission is a permanent body that deals with the legalization of documents confirming the right to the emergence and termination of rights to real estate that were issued or certified in the period from May 18, 2014 to August 19, 2016, in relation to land plots - from May 18, 2014 until December 22, 2015, with the exception of contracts for the sale and purchase of land,” the message says.
The Ministry of Justice of the LPR noted that the procedure for legalizing documents is a labor-intensive and voluminous process, therefore, before submitting documents for legalization, citizens are recommended to seek advice from the registration center.
The days for accepting documents for legalization, as well as the commission’s work schedule, will be additionally published on the website of the LPR Ministry of Justice.
