About this today said the head of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky.
“Today, the issue of water has become extremely difficult for us. We have fully calculated the approximate costs (for the implementation of the project). Today they amount to about 250 million UAH,” he said.
“Taking into account the fact that over the past two months our payments of pensions, social benefits, and wages have stabilized, we are saying that we can find this money to carry out this set of measures,” Plotnitsky assured.
“In this case, we will protect ourselves (maybe not 100%, but a small percentage will remain) from dependence on those water intakes that the Ukrainian army can reach today. There are such works,” explained the head of the Republic.
The persons responsible for the implementation of the project are the head of the Rehabilitation Management Center (RCC) of the LPR Alexander Drobot, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Aleksey Rusakov and the director of Luganskvoda Sergey Makhurenko.
