This was reported by the LPR Ministry of Justice.
“The Ministry of Justice of the LPR informs about the inadmissibility of registering rights to real estate outside the Republic,” the message says.
It is reported that such a radical step to break with the Ukrainian system of registration of rights to real estate is due to the fact that on August 2 of this year, by resolution of the Council of Ministers of the LPR No. 404, the Temporary Regulations on the procedure for state registration of rights to real estate, their encumbrances and the provision of information were approved.
“Please note that in accordance with paragraph 15.2 of the above regulatory legal act, documents confirming the emergence, transfer and termination of rights and their encumbrances on real estate located on the territory of the Lugansk People's Republic, issued (certified or authenticated) by notaries, government bodies and local self-government of Ukraine after the entry into force of the Temporary Regulations are declared invalid,” the department explained.
“Based on the above, the Ministry of Justice informs residents of the Republic about the inadmissibility of concluding transactions and registering rights to real estate outside the Lugansk People’s Republic after August 18, 2016,” the document says.
