The LPR will create a “Black Book” of environmental crimes in Ukraine. The head of the LPR, Igor Plotnitsky, stated this at the round table in Lugansk.

According to him, taking into account the environmental damage caused by the Ukrainian side to the republic will make it possible to appeal to international courts to punish the perpetrators, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It seems to me that it is necessary to establish a strict accounting of the environmental damage caused to the republic by the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the corrupt business of Ukraine. Create a so-called “black book” of environmental aggression against Donbass. It must be public; it will provide grounds for appealing to international courts for compensation for our losses. In addition, the very existence of this program will force potential criminals to think twice before violating environmental legislation,” Plotnitsky said.
